Volunteers are amazing, and this year’s Volunteers’ Week provides the perfect opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the volunteers who have supported the VCSE sector and their local communities during the pandemic.
That’s where you come in… please share your organisation’s (and your personal) volunteering stories with us! We’re planning to collate all of your stories to showcase the amazing activities York volunteers have been involved in over the past year.
You can share your stories with us in any of the following ways:
- Record a short video message (in landscape, please). For organisations, please introduce your organisation and why you’d like to say thank you to your volunteers. For individuals, please introduce yourself and share your volunteering experience with us.
- Send a photo (high quality in landscape format if possible) of your volunteers or yourself volunteering accompanied by a quote about your volunteers/experience of volunteering.
- Record a voice note saying thank you and sharing your volunteering story.
