The City of York Council is offering the Small Tasks at Home grant to empower community groups in addressing the growing demand for home assistance. With funding from the Better Care Fund, groups can establish or expand initiatives to help individuals manage their homes effectively.
Tasks focused on reducing falls, combating fuel poverty, enhancing safety perceptions, improving well-being, and supporting tenancy maintenance are eligible.
Eligible organisations can apply until 14 July 2023.
