The VCSE Health Inequalities Small Grants Fund is now closed for applications. We will soon be updating this website and sharing the outcome of the grant funding.
What we want to achieve
The type of work we want to fund
To achieve the aims of the fund, you must be able to meet the following:
- Working with one or more of the identified priority groups (see application form)
and - The project activity MUST focus on one of the following areas:

- Access and awareness of health services
- Experience of health/social care services
- Helping people to live more healthily
- Work to deliver on at least one of the clinical areas in the CORE20PLUS5 (adults) / CORE20PLUS5 (children and young people)
Who can apply?
- Community groups and clubs; charities and other not-for-profits operating (or will be operating) in York.

- Complete the eligibility checklist section of the application form as soon as possible to give you time to seek help if you need it
- Complete the application form in full
