This role is to deliver our Cognitive Rehabilitation service with people affected by dementia and their care partners in their own homes. You will receive training followed by support with regular supervisions from our Advanced Cognitive Rehabilitation Practitioner to learn the rehabilitation skills necessary to deliver this service. You will get to know the clients you support well, as you will work intensively with them for eight weeks and then periodically thereafter. You will also support the gathering of evidence for the outcomes of this work, and sometimes work in depth with clients, developing case studies to help generate further understanding of this approach.
