Role description:
We’re looking for a warm, confident volunteer to help coordinate a small team of friendly, experienced volunteers during our Wednesday afternoon sessions (4:15–6pm). You’ll play a key role in ensuring the space runs safely and smoothly—and that everyone feels welcome.
We’d love a regular weekly commitment, but we’re flexible around holidays and other commitments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Unlocking and locking up the Sharehouse session at Clements Hall
• Overseeing setup and pack-down of the session
• Some basic admin tasks
• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting volunteers and clients with any issues, including signposting to other services
• Sorting donations, restocking shelves, and helping clients find what they need
