When are volunteers needed: We generally ask volunteers to do one 4-hour shift a week with us, but this is flexible depending on volunteers needs
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday our shop is open 9:30 - 17:30
Saturday our shop is open 9:00 - 17:00
Sunday our shop is open 10:00 - 16:00
Please note all Wednesday shifts for Ecommerce are currently full

Role description:
By volunteering with us in one of our amazing retail spaces you will be raising essential funds for Oxfam – all whilst learning new skills and meeting some incredible people.
What you will be doing
Primarily you will be photographing our stock for the online shop, no experience needed, we have a shop camera that you can use for your work but you can also bring your own if you prefer
We have a range of unusual and unique vintage items and antiques to be listed in our online shop as well as clothes and accessories from designer brands, you will be working with our online team to photograph the items they have listed and then publish them on the online shop.
You may also be undertaking shop related tasks agreed with the Manager, for example:
Selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
Researching valuable and vintage stock.
This role may include occasionally lifting boxes. We prioritise a safe working environment and provide comprehensive health and safety training to all volunteers.
Skills and behaviours needed for the role:
We’re seeking friendly, reliable individuals aged 18 or over who want to make a difference in their community. No prior experience is needed, as we provide full training. If you’re open to learning, enjoy working with others, and have a passion for helping people, you’ll fit right in!
You have the time to become a volunteer in your community; you might be looking for work experience, the opportunity to meet new people, or keep active.
