We are looking for a Community Recycling Officer to join our recycling team collecting residential and commercial recycling from around York. You'll be driving our trusty electric vehicles Doris and Edith, riding our E Cargo Tricycles Sparky and Tess all whilst making a real difference to the sustainability of York. Our Recycling Team provide collections for events, organisations and private residences, as well as answering queries about waste and recycling. Everything we do is to support people to live more sustainably; we carry out waste audits, give talks, attend events and provide resources for people to move towards zero waste and circularity.

Hours: 10 or 15 hours a week, Monday and Friday are core work days, working between 8am and generally finished by 2pm.
Wage: £13.45/hr
