Role description:
You will be the face of CGL - greeting people as they come through the door or telephone the office
You will conduct assessments and triage with those people as required
Update relevant systems
Help people in our Needle and Syringe Programme (needle exchange) by providing harm minimisation advice
Provide other Harm Minimisation options such as Nitazine tests and Naloxone
Main purpose of the role
• To support the service duty recovery coordinator in their day to day duties
• To support the service at the service user’s entry into Victoria Street
• To support the general running of the CGL, ResoLUTiONs Victoria Street service
• To give support to the reception team when required
Skills and behaviours needed for the role:
Non judgmental approach and a love for people.
We hire attitude and can train skills.
