When are volunteers needed: Volunteers are expected to attend two 3 hours sessions for 6 weeks. There is some flexibility around attendance days and times, depending on the activities planned. We are expecting to start on the week commencing on 25 October.

Role description:
Confidence to Thrive is a six-week volunteering and personal development programme that supports young people to build confidence, develop employability skills and prepare for future opportunities. Through personalised coaching, group workshops, accredited training, employability support and hands-on volunteering in our retail and warehouse teams, participants will gain valuable experience while developing skills for life, learning and work.
Skills and behaviours needed for the role:
This programme is open to young people aged 18 to 24 who are not currently in employment, education or training and would benefit from support to build their confidence, develop skills and prepare for future opportunities.
We particularly welcome applications from individuals who may face additional barriers to progression, such as disabilities, physical or mental health challenges, caring responsibilities, difficult personal circumstances, or other factors that may affect their ability to access education, training or employment.
As places are funded, the programme is available to individuals who are not currently accessing similar funded employability, training or personal development support through another organisation or scheme.
