This dual role is to provide crisis and longer-term support to young people aged 16-25 facing homelessness alongside the ongoing support and management of SASH’s network of hosts. The post holder is responsible for effectively managing the Nightstop and Supported Lodgings placements of young people in the home of the SASH’s hosts.

Salary: £33,301 per annum pro-rata | Job type: Part time | Hours: 22.5
