Role description:
As an Admin/Log Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our volunteers and those they support. You will regularly review volunteer activity logs submitted through our CRM system, checking for any concerns, safeguarding flags, or issues that require escalation. Your responsibility includes responding appropriately to issues by liaising with relevant team members or external services. Additionally, you may be required to make outgoing calls via a virtual landline app to follow up with volunteers or community members when needed. Working closely with other admin and communications volunteers, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to a safe, efficient volunteer programme.

Skills and behaviours needed for the role:
Excellent attention to detail, strong IT and CRM skills, confident communicator over phone and email, responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
