Role description:
You would be working directly with young people (10 - 18), instructing them in a wide variety of skills, some naval related many are not. Lots of support and training is given and a military background is not necessary.

Patience, Positivity, Sense of humour, Commitment.

There are lots of training opportunities for volunteers available from the MSSC (Sea cadets central organisation), so you have the opportunity to gain new skills.
