Role description:
You would be working directly with young people (10 - 18), instructing them in a wide variety of skills, some naval related many are not. Lots of support and training is given and a military background is not necessary.

Skills and behaviours needed for the role:
Patience, Positivity, Sense of humour, Commitment.

Driving Licence required? No

There are lots of training opportunities for volunteers available from the MSSC (Sea cadets central organisation), so you have the opportunity to gain new skills. You will be well supported and will see young people from a wide variety of backgrounds grow in confidence and access new and exciting opportunities.
