Today is World Mental Health Day (10 October). We believe that it is important to talk about mental health and end mental health stigma every day of the year, however awareness days provide us with an opportunity to highlight support and focus on some of the great information and resources that are available.
The amazing Time to Change York (TTT York) Champions have produced the following pieces of work:
‘York’ video by Champions Lauren, Rhys, Ruth, Vicky, and Emma – the video is here.
Video by Champion Rhys – view video here.
Poem by Champion Tara – read the poem here.
Lived experience graphics by several Champions – the folder containing the graphics is here.
