City of York Council has initiated a public feedback process this week that will play a pivotal role in shaping the actions required to reinstate accessible Blue Badge entry to York’s city centre.
Responses from a consultation, which asks Blue Badge holders and a range of stakeholders to comment on five key areas; Return to previous access, city centre events, recognising security risks, finding solutions and longer term improvements, will be collated to inform a decision at the Council Executive meeting to be held in October 2023. Then a more detailed second phase of consultation will follow.
This first phase of the consultation will close on Monday 18 September. To read more and participate click on the button below.
