As part of Hospice Care Week (6 – 12 October), St Leonard’s are highlighting the free specialist palliative care and support they provide for people in our community living with life-limiting illnesses.
Their care can begin from diagnosis and continue through to the end of life. Services include drop-in groups, Hospice@Home, carer support, and our In-Patient Unit.
No referral is needed for the drop in groups and wellbeing support, find out more here: https://stleonardshospice.org.uk/wellbeinghub/
