Healthwatch York’s 2025–26 Annual Report showcases a year of listening, advocacy, and positive change, driven by the voices of local residents. As York’s independent health and social care champion, Healthwatch York engaged with more than 9,000 people over the past year, ensuring that lived experiences help shape services across the city.

Through 26 published reports and ongoing engagement, Healthwatch York has continued to turn personal experiences into meaningful action.
