The York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority is offering grant funding through its Digital Inclusion Programme, aimed at developing locally based digital support projects for individuals. This initiative is part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund allocation and seeks to enhance digital inclusion across the region.
Programme Objectives:

Establish sustainable digital hubs in York and North Yorkshire.

Upskill hub volunteers and employees to become digital champions.

Support communities in accessing digital inclusion services and address health inequalities.
Funding Details:
Eligible organisations, including Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations, Public Sector bodies, and Primary Care providers, can apply for:

Capital funding for equipment and infrastructure.

Revenue funding for start-up costs, volunteer coordination, and training.
Successful applicants will have free access to a range of funded digital inclusion courses and training for 2025/2026.
