York MCN is committed to making sure people with lived experience are appropriately compensated for their participation in creating positive change. They are now seeking an organisation or consultancy to help them to co-design a Payment for Involvement Policy. This will include designing and delivering a collaborative co-design process involving multiple local stakeholders including people with lived experience, resulting in a Payment for Involvement Policy.

The Brief is framed to suit an organisation or consultancy contracted to hold this work in its entirety, including bringing in any outside skills and expertise deemed appropriate (subcontracting). However, they are also happy to speak to people (e.g. sole traders/independent consultants) who are interested in individual elements of the process but for whom the whole tender is not appropriate.
