Service: Care Services (Care at Home and Feather Duster Cleaning)
We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our Care Services Team as a Care Services Co-ordinator. You will be supporting carers and home helpers to provide assistance to people in their homes enabling them to maintain their independence. You will play a key role ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person centred care and maintaining service standards.
You will need a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
