Build Systems. Measure Change. Make Impact.
Are you detail-oriented, confident with data, and interested in helping a small charity become more insight-driven?
We are excited to recruit to the new role of Impact & Finance Officer at MySight York. We are a small, values-led charity supporting people to live well with sight loss.
We support over 1,700 people each year with emotional support, advice, equipment and community services. As we implement our new 2025–2028 Strategy, we are strengthening our internal systems to demonstrate our impact, value and sustainability with confidence.
You will:
• Capture, analyse and report on impact and outcomes across services and fundraising
• Support finance processes including budget tracking, income processing and monthly reporting
• Contribute to internal dashboards and external funding bids
• Help prepare for enhanced SORP (Charity Statement of Recommended Practice) reporting
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in either charity finance or impact reporting who would like to develop both skill sets. You will help build the structures we need to secure the future of sight loss support in York.
Apply now and help bring about lasting change for people affected by sight loss in York.
