The McCarthy Stone Foundation has launched a new Dementia Grants Programme for 2025.

Grants of up to £7,500 are available for over 20 dementia clubs and memory cafes across England, Scotland and Wales. The funding aims to support small organisations that are helping people living with dementia and their carers.

Who can apply

To be eligible, organisations must:

  • Have an annual income of less than £250,000

  • Be a registered charity, community group with a constitution, or Community Interest Company

  • Be operating in England, Scotland or Wales

  • Provide services to adults aged 65 and over

  • Support people living with dementia and or their carers

This could include dementia clubs, memory cafes, carer training or support courses.

Applications from organisations working in areas of high deprivation, particularly those affecting older people, will be prioritised.

Applications are now open and close on 13 March 2026.
