Various local events across North East & Yorkshire – including community centres, supermarkets, outdoor stalls, and venues for fundraising events such as dances or quiz nights.

When are volunteers needed: Ad hoc, flexible – volunteers are contacted in advance of each event and can choose which ones to attend. Shifts usually range from 2–5 hours, mostly during daytime or early evening hours.

Role description:
As a Fundraising Events Helper, you’ll be supporting Cats Protection’s vital work by helping out at local fundraising events. This may include setting up and running stalls, participating in collection days (e.g., at supermarkets), and helping out at social events such as quiz nights and cake sales. You’ll be playing an important role in raising the funds needed to care for cats and kittens in need.

No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm!
