Role description:
As a Tech Volunteer, you will be a superuser of Move the Masses’ custom-built volunteer management system and WordPress website (both front-end and backend). Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing updates, and ensuring the smooth running of admin processes online. You will train new admin volunteers on system use and offer ongoing technical support. Strong coding and IT skills are essential. This role is vital in maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports our volunteers and operations. It suits volunteers who are confident in technology and eager to help keep the organisation’s systems running efficiently.
Skills and behaviours needed for the role:
Strong IT skills including coding, experience with WordPress and CRM systems, problem-solving ability, patient trainer and communicator.
