Foundation +Choices is a bespoke programme that supports perpetrators of domestic abuse through the stages of behaviour change. Providing an opportunity to recognise, acknowledge and change abuse behaviour. The Positive Choices programme is available for anyone, regardless of gender or sexual orientation aged 16 years and over who is a perpetrator of domestic abuse, including repeat offenders and adolescents violent toward parents, who wish to voluntarily address their abusive behaviour.
The service aims to reduce risks to those involved in domestic incidents and reduce the opportunity for a repeat incident to occur.
Foundation +Choices is a nationally accredited service by Respect, and we offer an Integrated Support Service for victim-survivors. A dedicated Integrated Support Worker (ISW) within the services also provides progress updates on perpetrators to their victims to help them make informed decisions about their safety, and to ensure the voice of the victim is represented across the service.
