We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 27 November in the Main Hall at the Priory Street Centre.
Registration will open at 1.30pm where you can enjoy refreshments and cakes, and meet the York CVS team. The meeting will start at 2pm and will close at 4pm.
Agenda
We are delighted to welcome Cllr Claire Douglas, Leader of City Council and Leader of the Labour Group as our guest speaker. We will also be sharing our highlights from 2024-25, voting on our strategic priorities (members only) and launching the York Volunteering Quality Mark.

Voting
We will be asking our Full Members to vote during the meeting so, if you are a Full Member of York CVS, please make sure a representative from your organisation has booked a place. Voting information will be circulated ahead of the AGM.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our board. Our trustees play an essential governance role determining our focus and strategic direction, as well as checking that our strategic aims are achieved.
We have a vacancy for someone who currently works for a voluntary, community or social enterprise organisation that is a member of York CVS to join the board at our AGM in November. You could be a member of staff, trustee or volunteer. We also have a vacancy to join the board as a non-member co-opted trustee.
