The NHS have asked for help in evaluating volunteer responses to the COVID pandemic. This will also help the NHS and Voluntary Sector make improvements and plan for the future.
We want to hear from people in York, North Yorkshire, East Riding, Hull, North and North East Lincolnshire regions who have been helped by volunteers, volunteered themselves or used volunteers to support their clients/patients/service-users during the COVID-19 pandemic. We’d also like to hear from people who don’t fit into these categories but who can offer insight into why they weren’t helped by volunteers, why they didn’t volunteer or didn’t use volunteers to support their clients/patients/service users during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To help with this research-based microvolunteer opportunity, we’d like you to fill out a survey. The survey length will differ depending on your level of involvement with volunteer responses during the COVID Pandemic so the time it takes you to complete this microvolunteering could be between 10 and 45 minutes.
You might also know other people, groups or organisations that this research would apply to so please do share it with them. We want to make sure everyone’s voices are heard.
You might also be bubbling with someone who might be more digitally isolated, might struggle to fill this survey in or may not otherwise hear about it. If you could help by sitting with them and completing the survey on their behalf, this would be a huge help too!
