AMION Consulting is working with York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority to understand how employers are responding to today’s workforce challenges.
This research focuses on two key areas:
- Supporting staff who may be at risk of leaving work (for example due to health, caring responsibilities or age).
- Recruiting people who are currently out of work and want to return.
They are looking for practical employer insights to tell them what’s working, what isn’t, and what support would genuinely make a difference. Your input will directly shape future skills, employment and business support programmes across the region.
Employers of all sizes and sectors are encouraged to take part in one of three ways:
