York businesses and organisations can now take a simple but important step to help make our streets safer for everyone.
IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services), as part of the Safer Streets programme, is offering a free 50-minute video briefing designed for local businesses and public-facing services. The session provides practical advice and information to help create safer spaces for women, girls and communities.
The video is suitable for all staff and can be integrated into induction processes or team briefings. By watching and sharing this training, your organisation can demonstrate its commitment to safety and contribute to tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG).
