Location: York and the surrounding area. Entering customers homes
Responsible to: Feather Duster Manager
Hours: Zero Hours or 10+ hours per week contracts available (drivers only) with some flexibility.
Service hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. (No weekends or evenings)
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus travel time and mileage
We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Help at Home team. You will be supporting older people with a range of domestic tasks, helping them to maintain a clean and tidy home, and offering companionship.
You will need your own transport (either a full driving licence and access to vehicle or a bicycle if working in the local area.) You will receive full training and support, uniform and a generous leave allowance

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers in their own homes
Carry out specific tasks (which have been agreed with the customer on the first visit) whilst allowing for flexibility
To ensure all visits are on specified times and days agreed
contact the office immediately if the customers’ circumstances change
