We would like to invite you to the York CVS Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Thursday 27 November 2025 in the Main Hall at the Priory Street Centre.
The AGM is a key opportunity to connect, reflect and look forward together as we share our achievements from the past year and discuss our future priorities. It is also an opportunity for Full Members of York CVS to vote on our strategic priorities.
This year, we are pleased to welcome Cllr Claire Douglas, Leader of City of York Council and Leader of the Labour Group, as our guest speaker.
We will also be launching the York Volunteering Quality Mark, a new initiative to support and celebrate quality volunteering experiences across our city.
Full Member voting
If your organisation is a Full Member of York CVS, we encourage you to attend and take part in our member voting. Voting information will be circulated ahead of the meeting. Please ensure a representative from your organisation is booked to attend.

Places must be booked in advance. Ticket sales will close on Tuesday 25 November 2025 to allow time for administration.
