The Humber and North Yorkshire Care Partnership would like to invite you to the Humber and North Yorkshire ‘On Our Terms’ Children and Young People’s Participation Strategy launch event.

If you work with children and young people or make decisions that affect them in the Humber and North Yorkshire area (East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire and York), this event is for you!

The ‘On Our Terms’ strategy has been coproduced with a wide range of young people and professionals from across the Humber and North Yorkshire geography.  It is designed to complement existing organisational and place-based strategies and is underpinned by the Lundy Model of Participation.

To deliver the launch event, the HNYCP are working with partners representing health, local authority, the voluntary and community sector, and education to share learning and bring the ‘On Our Terms’ strategy and Lundy model of participation to life.

At the event, they will also launch the Humber and North Yorkshire Lundy Model Community of Practice for sharing learning and resources, building partnerships, and reducing duplication to support partners to embed the strategy and Lundy Model within their own organisations.

Places are limited, so please book your place ASAP via the link: https://www.trybooking.com/uk/FAUO
