
This week, 15 – 21 May marks Mental Health Awareness Week and this year the focus is on Anxiety. Across the UK, people are encouraged to get involved by sharing their experiences and their own ways to help improve anxiety. York Ending Stigma Champions have come together to produce their thoughts and experiences to help combat anxiety and the stigma that surrounds it.
