Ensuring your fundraising is legal and ethical: a regulatory update and Q&A with the Fundraising Regulator

Charities of all sizes that carry out fundraising activity should fully comply with the Code of Fundraising Practice. The code outlines the standards expected of all charitable institutions and third-party fundraisers in the UK.
In this interactive webinar, with Q&A, the Fundraising Regulator will help small charities navigate the system of voluntary regulation of fundraising in the UK, explain how charities can ensure they are complying with the relevant legal and ethical fundraising standards and provide an overview of recent updates to fundraising guidance.
The Fundraising Regulator is the independent regulator of charitable fundraising in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
