This week 5 – 11 September is York Anti Racist Collective’s (YARC) Art Liberation Week. Art Liberation Week aims to decolonise art. The week offers an opportunity for people of colour in York to connect and build a supportive community: a space where we can freely express ourselves and experience joy.
View the full programme of events here. All workshops are for people of colour only, however YARC are hosting a community showcase on Sunday 11 September which is open for all.
