Trustees’ Week 2025 is just around the corner, taking place from 3 – 7 November. It’s a national celebration of the vital role trustees play in supporting voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations like those across York.
Trustees are often the unsung heroes of our sector. They give their time, skills and experience freely to help charities and voluntary groups thrive. From shaping strategy to ensuring good governance, their contributions make a real and lasting impact.
At York CVS, we’ll be marking the week with a Trustees’ Celebration Afternoon Tea, sharing helpful resources, promoting local trustee roles and shining a spotlight on the amazing work of local trustees.
